Absolutely! We’re experienced with administering medications—oral, topical, and injected—and take great care in supporting senior pets and those with medical needs. During your inquiry, just let us know what your pet requires so we can tailor our care. While we love working with pets of all personalities, we are not professional dog trainers and do not accept animals who display extreme fear or aggression. For behavior concerns beyond mild anxiety, we recommend working with a qualified behaviorist or trainer to ensure your pet gets the specialized support they deserve.

We provide detailed visit reports and daily updates with photos or videos through our pet care software, so you can relax with peace of mind.

Yes! We accept both recurring bookings and one-time visits, depending on availability. However, priority is given to our repeat weekly clients.

All bookings are invoiced through our online client portal. We accept major credit cards and ACH payments. Payment is due before services begin.

Yes! When you refer a friend and they complete their first paid service, both of you receive a $25 credit toward future services. Credits are one-time use and expire in 6 months. Just mention the referral at booking!
