At Pawsh Pet auPairs, we’re always looking for ways to provide the very best experience—for pets and their people. That commitment doesn’t stop at the front door; it extends to how we show up online, too. After listening to feedback (shoutout to the Pet Marketing Unleashed podcast!) and taking a hard look at our website, we realized it wasn’t doing enough to communicate what makes Pawsh special—or to help pet parents take the next step with ease.

That’s why we’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on a total website redesign. The new version will be smarter, faster, more intuitive, and better equipped to tell our story and guide you every step of the way.

Why We’re Redesigning the Website

When we looked at the original website through fresh eyes, we noticed a few things:

  • It was vague. The headlines didn’t clearly communicate what services we offer or what areas we serve.

  • There was no clear path forward. It wasn’t always obvious where to click to get started, contact us, or learn more.

  • It wasn’t fully supporting our clients. While we had great tools like a client portal, booking system, and pet reports, they weren’t always easy to find.

These pain points helped us set three clear goals for the redesign:

  1. Clarity – Make it immediately obvious what we do, the area we serve, and how to work with us.

  2. User-Friendliness – Offer a seamless, stress-free experience on desktop and mobile.

  3. Functionality – Turn the website into a true hub for everything from first contact to ongoing care.

What’s New and Improved

While the branding and heart behind Pawsh Pet auPairs remain the same, our new website will be:

  • More robust and responsive – Faster load times and optimized images improve performance and accessibility across all devices.

  • Updated service descriptions – Each offering is now more clearly explained, including the value of dog walking, drop-ins, and overnight care.

  • Streamlined contact forms – Reorganized to make getting in touch or booking a Meet & Greet easier than ever.

  • Improved user flow – Visitors will know exactly where to go next: whether that’s viewing services, logging into the portal, or scheduling a visit.

  • Auto-responders – Behind-the-scenes improvements help confirm inquiries and keep communication flowing smoothly.

One of the things we’re most excited about? The redesign gives us a better platform to share our “why.” You’ll now see more about the story behind Pawsh, including how our founder’s personal experience with her own dogs led to a passion for in-home, loving, stress-free pet care.

What’s Staying the Same

You’ll still have access to all the tools you’ve come to rely on:

  • Your client portal

  • Our booking system

  • Pet care reports

  • A growing blog with tips for pet parents

  • Search engine optimization to help new clients discover us

Only now, those tools will be easier to find and faster to access.

Help Us Make It Even Better

We’re still putting on the finishing touches—and we’d love your input! Are there any features or tools you’d like to see on the new website? Whether it’s easier navigation, a frequently asked questions section, or something totally outside the box, we’re all ears.

Drop us a message, send us a DM, or leave a comment—we’re always open to ways we can serve our clients better.
